Happy Holidays!

I have been a really horrible blogger lately but I just wanted to take a moment this season and let everyone know that I hope they have a great holiday season. I am so thankful for all of my family and friends. I wish everyone health and happiness! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! Here are a few pics from the boys and their holiday programs from this last week. (sorry they are a little hard to see)

New Book

After my obsession with the Twlight series I thought I would stop reading but I found that as I get a little older I quite enjoy reading. So last night I finished "These is my Words" by Nancy Turner. If you are looking for a new book I would recommend this one. Thanks Adri for lending it to me...you were right it did make me cry.

Halloween 2008

Here is a picture from this Halloween. Thanks to my Mom for my kids costumes.....what would I do with her and her love of Halloween? Rylee let me dress her up as "scary doll." It was a fun night with some cute girls and some scary ghouls!

Tyson's Surgery

Just wanted to let everyone know that Tyson is doing well after his surgery. He just needs to take it easy for a few more days. Here is a pic of him getting ready to go to the Cardiac Lab. They made him lay flat for about 8-10 hours after the procedure. He was very happy to get up even though he was quite sore. Thank you to everyone for all of your thoughts and prayers!I just wanted to show you the cute fruit basket my work sent over. The ghosts in the center were so cute. They are pineapple and covered in with white chocolate. Yummy!!

Happy Birthday Mckell!!!

Sorry I am a little late but here are some pics from Mckell's b-day. She is getting so old!

Here is the cake my Mom made from scratch and Jeremy decorated it.....Good job family! Mckell looks trilled that I am taking her picture!

Back to the Pumpkin Patch....

Today we went on another cold trip to the pumpkin patch. This time we went with Conner's preschool class. Even though it was cold it wasn't dark and the tractor made it back without any flat tires (unlike the last time)!! Here are some pics of Conner and Hadley being ghosts and Conner and Lily with their pumpkins.

Jeremy's Birthday!

Last night me and the family went out for Jeremy's birthday. We went to Dalton's in Payson. I had never been there before it was really good. Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEREMY!

The Next Creation....

MUMMYS are the new addition to my mom's front porch. Pretty scary...when she first hung them up it kind freaked me out as I walked up in the dark. So....BEWARE!!!

Football Season is Over!!

Dylan's last football game was Tuesday night. I have to admit I am happy it's over, it was starting to get really cold. Here is a picture of the team.....if you can't tell from the picture, Dylan is happy his Dad helped coach.

Boys will be boys!

Tyson and Ryan were working hard this weekend on a shed for the horses (I'll post pics later) so the little boys (Conner and Nolan) got to hang out and play while the dads worked. So of course, they found some guns to play with and Conner told me it was "hunting season."

Three Witches!!

So if you know my Mom you know she loves Halloween. She created these witches to set on her porch. She is always doing cool things at Halloween. I can't wait to see what she creates next!!

The Pumpkin Patch

So, this weekend the guys went hunting so LeAnn came up and we took the kids to the pumpkin patch in Santaquin. What started out as a simple ride to get some pumpkins turned in an adventure. First, the tractor's tire popped and since we were the last ones out that night it was getting dark and cold. Another tractor and wagon came to pick us up and we had some people in the back of the wagon reinacting a scene from the Titanic. It was an interesting time for sure.......but the kids picked some pumpkins and had an adventure.

80's Bunko!

Thursday night was Bunko. It was 80's night and since I didn't get my invitation (because I never get my mail) I didn't know but the girls were very stylish. Even though I didn't dress up I still WON!! Yea!! It is fun to have cool friends like these to hang out with.

Big Shoes to Fill

Mckell's new spurs jingle when you walk. Conner thought that was pretty cool. So last night he decided to wear them and try to spur anything that moved. What a cowboy!

Acting Out

Last night at my Mom's the boys were deciding what to be for Halloween....so as the ideas were flowing Dylan decided to act them out. All of the sudden I hear howling from the tree and look over and see Dylan acting like a werewolf (I didn't know werewolves lived in trees or had a scary vampire face) but it it made me laugh.

Crazy Hair Day

Conner went dark for his crazy hair day at preschool today. He wasn't quite sure about it when he looked in the mirror. But got used to the idea after a few minutes. Everyone says he looks like Dylan. What a change!!

It's Official.....

Dylan can wear pink.....this morning he decided it wasn't just for girls. He looked so handsome I had to take a picture! He is so stylish.

No Training Wheels!

Conner decided he was all grown up and can ride his bike with no training wheels! This picture is funny because he likes to wear his pants on the inside of his boots and he thinks he is very cool(especially since he has no training wheels).

State Fair

My mom decided it would be fun to take the kids to the state fair. This is the cartoon picture they had made. Funny huh! Mckell looks good but I am not sure what is wrong with Dylan's head, or why Conner looks a little evil. But they all had fun and even saw a cow with two noses! Wow!

Welcome to The White House

Well this is my first "blogging" experience. I actually had Kayla help me set up my blog (good thing I have great friends). So, here it goes......I have a pretty great life. My husband Tyson and I have two sons, Dylan (9) and Conner (4). We live in Mona (the best town ever)! I serve in the Young Womens in the Mona 1st Ward. I am the Office Manager for a excavation company in Orem and I love my job but I especially love the people I work with. Well, in a nutshell that is me! Hopefully my new blog will be more interesting.......we'll see!!
